How to use?
STEP 1: Rinse the disc with cold water to prevent discoloration.
STEP 2: Fill the sterilizer 3/4 full with water. Insert the disc and place the lid on top. (Do not close the lid completely as the steam must escape).
STEP 3: You can sterilize the menstrual disc with a microwave oven.
Sterilize via microwave:
Adjust the power of your microwave so that the water in the sterilizer boils (determine the correct setting by first observing the sterilizer uncovered). In most cases, the water boils within a maximum of 3 - 5 minutes on a medium setting. The sterilizer can be heated up to 200 degrees Celsius. We recommend between 110-135 degrees Celsius.
Important: Make sure the grill function is OFF!
When you have heated the sterilizer, be aware that it may be hot. You can leave the sterilizer standing. When you want to move it, use, for example, a tea towel or oven gloves to move the sterilizer. Leave the menstrual disc in the sterilizer until the water is cold/ lukewarm to the touch.

Ik heb de discs een aantal maanden geleden gekocht en ben zeer tevreden!! Zelfs met een heftige mensteuatie brenhgt dit product verlichting. Je kunt er alles mee doen, sporten, zwemmen, slapen, werken. Krampen worden minder en je voelt hem nauwelijks zitten. Het enige waar ik de disc niet voor gebruik is voor het vrijen, maar dat is een eigen keuze. Inbrengen is ook even wennen, maar daar word je snel handig in. En het is zoveel beter dan een irriterende tampon of een bloederige maandverband die je altijd voelt zitten.
Ik wou dat ik deze optie eerder had geweten!!
I think the menstrual disc size L does not fit in the sterilizer, the sterilizer is too small for that. I do think that the steam that is released during boiling is effective enough to also sterilize the piece of disc that comes out above the sterilizer.
