    Try the menstrual disc for at least one full period. Not satisfied with the result? Contact our customer support within 30 days after your first cycle for personalized tips on how to use the product.

    Try the disc during your second period. Still having issues with fit or leakage? Reach out within 30 days and we’ll give you a refund.

    If you want to claim the warranty you must have tried the disc for 1 period cycle. Contact our customer support for tips. Try your second cycle, not happy? You have up to 30 days after your second period to make a claim. We will offer you a new (size) menstrual disc free of charge or refund the menstrual disc if you ordered 2 identical sizes. If you bought during a 1+1 free deal, you will receive a refund for 1 disc. All other unused products must be returned sealed to receive a refund. If you've opened and tried both identical products from your order, they are considered ineligible for full returns under our policy. In this case, you'll receive a 50% refund.

    Warrenty terms

    • The trial period is not intended as a general satisfaction guarantee, but rather as an opportunity to test whether the menstrual disc works for your body. Personal preferences, such as simply not liking the product, do not qualify for a refund.

    • Warranty claims are valid only once per customer, even if an order is placed under a different name or email address.

    • Only first-time buyers are eligible for a money-back claim.

    • We reserve the right to decline warranty claims that do not meet our terms, or in cases where there are signs of misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.

    • Claims that are incomplete—for example, without communication after the first cycle or without trying the recommended tips—will not be accepted.

    • Any returns submitted outside the 30-day period following your second cycle are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    • Excessive or repeated returns from the same customer may result in exclusion from future return or warranty privileges.

    • If your product isn’t the right fit, we encourage you to exchange it for another size or model.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    • If a customer orders two identical products and opens both, only one product is eligible for a refund. In this case, we will refund 50% of the total product value, as both items are considered used under our policy.

    • If a product is returned unused with the inner seal intact, but the outer packaging has been opened or damaged, a €3.95 repackaging fee may be deducted from the refund. This is because the product can no longer be sold as new and must be restored to resaleable condition.
